Genton was approached to work with an integrated team to develop a data centre solution that would meet the OneSKY mission critical requirements. OneSKY is an air traffic management system that will unify defence and civil aviation airspace. Providing Australia with the most advanced and integrated air monitoring system in the world and covers 8 per cent of the earth’s surface.

Genton designed two new data centres for the Airservices Australia facilities at two separate locations. The data centres replaced the existing facilities, and now underpin Australia’s air traffic management system. They have been described as the two most mission critical data centres in the country.

Genton’s experience and understanding of the complexity in designing data centre facilities enabled them to deliver industry-leading architectural designs, which successfully integrated the technology, plant and people requirements at two locations at the same time to house the world’s most advanced and integrated air traffic control system.
